If an LED fixture is not RDM capable and not included in the ColorSource library, how does one add it? Also, is there
an offline editor for the ColorSource console series? Is it PC based only?

Hi there -
You can use ColorSource Edit to create your own fixtures (it's not a full offline editor for show data). Download it here. And yes, it is PC only. Additionally, you can patch to generic profiles included in the console if your LED fixture matches common color mixing systems. Please have a look there before you make your own.
Hope this helps!

Hi there -
Could you try downloading it again and see if you get the same results?
Thanks much -
Sarah
Hello,
I'm sorry this is being difficult. It sounds as though there may be incompatibility between the ColorSource Edit software and your computer's video/graphics driver.
Please try updating that driver first. On a Windows PC, go to Control Panel and open the Device Manager. Take a look for "Display adapters" and for everything that shows up under that category, try to update it.
If that is not successful, then it would help us to know more about your computer's hardware and display drivers. The easiest way to gather that information would be to go to Control Panel, then Performance Information and Tools and click the "View and print detailed performance and system information" button, then copy/paste everything out of there. Please email that to us at colorsource [at] etcconnect.com along with a short description of the problem so that our Developers can have a look.
Thanks,
-Matt P.
