Updating Fixture Library

I apologize if this has already been covered...I just plugged in my new ColorSource 40 console yesterday. One of my fixtures - the Chauvet Professional Colorado 1 Solo, is not in the library. I see that it's on the list that was shared in another thread. Can you globally update the entire fixture library, if so - how? Or, how do I get the file for just my fixture from ETC?

The Chauvet Colorado 1 Solo is in Library 12.2.1, which is the version included in ColorSource Console software v1.0.2.

So you'll need to update your console to v1.0.2 or newer.
You can download the latest firmware, library updates and the release notes/install instructions from here:

I was given erroneous information regarding which fixture we need to connect to....Chauvet Colordash S Par 1.

We'll need a copy of the fixture manual to add it to the library, you can either include a link to a PDF here, or email the PDF to colorsourceconsole [at] etcconnect [dot] com

Good afternoon, I sent an email to the address supplied above as well. We just received this console on Friday and have two types of fixtures. One of which is not in the library - the Colordash Par S1 listed above. We have a tech rehearsal on Thursday with no direct control of 80% of our fixtures. Is there a work around for this or is there any possibility of getting this expedited? Many thanks!

you can use this program create your own fixture profiles: http://www.etcconnect.com/WorkArea/DownloadAsset.aspx?id=10737485136
you need a computer running windows 7 or higher to run it. as soon as you're done, you can import the result into your colorsource console
