I feel like there is a wide range of tint options on the CS color picker, but you have to run to the very top edge of the picker to get to saturated colors. I work with a color picker from a different brand of console and it is the opposite (less tints, mostly saturated colors). In my case , I would like to see more saturation from my fixture.
I am using a profile I wrote myself, maybe that is part of the issue. The fixture I am controlling is the Chauvet Maverick MK2 Wash and it certainly has more saturation to give me (I can see that when I access pre-programmed macros). I also need to update my software, not sure if there is a change in the color picker coming.
It seems to me that the CS offers a more "theatrical" palette, but I am disappointed with the colors I am getting.
Any suggestions or promise of future updates for me?
