DMX output drop out after software update?

Hi there

I have recently updated the software on our Coloursource 20 to the latest version. Since doing so there is now no DMX output coming from the desk. What have I missed and has anyone else experienced similar problems?

Whilst I'm here does anyone know of a function that can swap between fader pages in "simple mode" in order to utilise all 40 channels?

Hello -

Please contact technical support about your DMX issue - updating software should have no affect on the ability of your console to output DMX.

And simple mode is designed with no paging at all - that's what keeps it simple. However, you can record the first 4 memories in normal mode and use them in simple mode. I hope this helps.
