Our new colorsource 40 has gotten into a mode where the faders are unresponsive in channel mode. I can turn up channels by selecting them and using either the keypad (e.g., 1 thru 15 at 50 enter) or using the wheel, but not by using the faders. The console in in complete rather than simple mode. I used to be able to touch "channels 1-40" and grab a fader, but this no longer works. Similarly with playbacks.
