Fixture Library profile request Quasar Q-Rainbow Q-25, mode 7

Hello,

(This is my first fixture profile request, so please let me know if you need further info.)

While doing an Ion training yesterday, the customer requested I assist them with their ColorSource console and a fixture that they couldn't get to  work in the mode they desire. They couldn't find a profile the library for this fixture. They're using a different personality temporarily, and a generic profile that matches, but they request that one be build for this fixture, please.

  • The Quasar Q-Rainbow RGBX is already in the fixture library, please ask your customer to update.
    They must be running older console firmware as it is in the library included with v2.0.0 firmware.

    If they're not sure how to update their firmware and the release note doesn't help, they can contact ETC technical services.

    Can you send us a user manual for the Quasar Q-25?
    Both the links are for the Q-Rainbow RGBX.

    Thanks Richard.

    From the info I received, I believe the Quasar Q-25 and the Q-Rainbow RGBX are one in the same (the former being one of several model sizes of the latter). I'll post back, if updating firmware doesn't get them what they need.
