I have a new CS20 console and needed to create a couple fixture profiles/personalities using the Editor software. Created them without any problems. Saved to properly formatted thumb drive. The file extension is correct. Went through the process to add to my console but my CS20 says there's nothing on the thumb drives. Re-read the manual, double checked the file extension, tried other thumb drives that are FAT32 formatted and work on all my other devices. I watched the video, read the manual, double checked everything. Thoughts?
