Thinking about buying ColorSource40 or Commandwing MA3

Question

I run a small theatre room that hosts a lot of concerts.

I needed a console which would be easy to use by ammateurs, during their live operations at concerts.

However, i also needed a more cappable console when we're creating theater shows and i have a few questions:

1- - can i add a specific time to fadein of a fixture within a cue with a different time? for example, i want for 10 projectors to fadein in 5 second but i want one of them to fadein with 8seconds instead.

2- can i add a monitor to ColorSource40 without it being AV?

ColorSource Consoles don't have functionality for channel-specific timing (your question 1). 
 The "non-AV" console does not have a connection for a monitor or Ethernet-connected app. 
 ETCnomad running Eos Family Software and a Programming Wing is much more capable than ColorSource 40, and is likely to be around the same price as the Commandwing. I would encourage you to have a look at that: Wings
