Expected Function:
OSC command /gotocue/ to lead from current state to next cue in set cue time.
Observed Function:
When an OSC command interrupts a gotocue transition look snaps to completed intermediate cue state. For example when transitioning from Cue 1 to Cue 2 to Cue 3 within the cue time of Cue 2, the system will snap to Cue 2, then transition to Cue 3. The consideration is an operator who missed a nonlinear cue recall to say a preshow look instead selecting a show look and flashing stage to full while trying to fix the transition.
User Story:
As an event technician controlling a Color Source AV console from a distance, I need to know my cues will effectively transition nonlinearly when.
AC:
Color Source AV line is able to receive /gotocue/ and transition from current state to latest command without forcing the completion of a previous /gotocue/ command.
