Colorsource Launcher on MAC PC with Ventura OS. USB not seen "Error: Could not find FAT formatted USB memory"

Question

I have been using the MAC based Colorsource Launcher app on my MAC PC to edit configurations. I recently upgraded my laptop to Ventura. I now notice I the Application on the MAC PC is unable to detect the USB. I can access it on the MAC with finder. It works fine on my consoles. 
 
 I get the error in the title with any USB operations. 
 
 Any Ideas?

It appears that Mac Ventura changes how FAT32 formatted USB sticks are reported to software like ColorSource. We will make a change in a future software version to make Fat32 drives accessible again.
