The link Lowell posted should initiate a download of ColorSource Console v3.2.1 which is the latest.  I just tested the link and this is the expected resulting file:

yes it does work and I did find this earlier... when I put all the unzip files on a usb and try to update the firmware on the board, it says no firmware files found... so Im missing something?

On your USB drive are you seeing this file in the root directory (not in a folder)?

no when it unzips none of the files have that extension...

Will you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?  Are you on a Mac or PC?

working on a mac... can try on a pc instead

On Mac, it is likely auto-extracting deeper than desired so you are seeing the file bundles within the .fw file.
