This has been included in the latest Fixture Library Patch, available here: https://etcfixturescdnstorage.blob.core.windows.net/profiles/CSET_Fixture_Libraries/ETC_CS_Library_19_3_4.zip 

Install by unzipping, place "ETC_CS_Library_19_3_4.cspkg" on a thumbdrive. Plug that into your ColorSource console, then navigate to Setup > Files > Advanced > Install Extras and select it.
