Hello,
I have the ETC ColorSource 20 console along with (4) Aputure P-600c & (3) Aputure P300C lights. I've updated the light firmware, the console firmware, & the library all to the latest versions available.
Though the Aputure P-300C does not respond to RDM (like the P-0600C does) the P-300C is in the library. However, regardless of mode or address I choose, I am still unable to control these lights.
I've tried multiple cables and (3) different fixtures. I am starting to wonder if the library profile is correct... I've added simple dimmers and addressed them according to Aputures DMX guide, but that didn't work either.
I will admit, I am new the ETC ColorSource and I do not know how to create my own profiles or I'd give that a shot.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
