CS 40AV and SmokeFactory Tour Hazer II

Question

Hi. 
 Using CS40AV on tour and often need to patch to Tour Hazer II. 
 This hazer uses 2 dmx channels. But can not get any haze out. 
 Have record the hazer on a fader - but needs it 2 faders ? 
 one for fan an one for haze ? 
 
 Or are I missing something here ?

Haze and Blower are 'LTP' parameters, press the Color/Params button: 
 This is because you generally want to run haze continuously, and not have it stop if you pull down one of the Masters or Grand Master.
