Playbacks not going to full level?

Make sure your Grandmaster is at full too.

If you don't have a Grandmaster, then I think you've encountered a limitation of an early version of the software for some types of fixture.
This was corrected in a later version of console software.

Note that there are quite a few other changes as well so wait for a suitable break in production and you'll want to have a quick look through the manual.
