Ok so I've bought a couple of LightmaXX fixtures for a road test in our space and have had to write my own personality to patch them in. The DMX footprint is fairly straight forward as the fixture only operates in a 9ch mode. I've patched in the lantern, set the addresses and got it up and running however when I use the colour board the white channel doesn't output. It does however come on if I manually increase that channel with the emitter controllers. The other thing is that when I patch the fixtures into the software on a desktop the emitters are saying that the white channel is outputting. All my software/firmware is up to date and am using the same project files and custom libraries each time and our desk is the Colorsource AV 40. Anyone got any ideas?
