Color pallet used in a cue

It sounds like your console is running an older version of ColorSource software.

Color Palette "references" were added in 3.0.0, so you'll need to update to get this feature.

In versions before this there were "Color Chips" that recorded into your cues as absolute values.

I do have the latest update. Running 3.3.2.57. Thought I might be missing a setting some where… But it definitely is storing color numbers instead of the palette reference. I’ve created a cue using the color palette to set tge color for a light. Changed the color in the palette but the light in the cue does not have the new color. When you check the light in the cue it’s color information is the color data not the palette reference…

For me as weel, palette only works in the cue list, not for memories.

Thanks, I've looked into this and it seems that the "next" (B) cue or step is keeping the old values when updating the Palette. In my testing it's correct the second time around, however that's obviously a bit late.

Note that an "active" Playback Memory is intended to keep the original color until brought all the way down to zero, or when the Playback Sequence next starts bringing in an affected step.

mine is not working in the cue list... I set the color using the palette. play the cue and check the color for the fixture and it has the rgbaw numbers... not the palette reference. so changing the palette does not update the color in the cue
