I'm using an external video monitor with our ColorSoure 40AV. In the lower left of the screen is displays "Page 1" channels 1 through 20. I do see the four playbacks that I've recorded into those channels. However, I have more channels receorded on Playbacks 21 through 40 and they do not show up on the external monitor.
How do I get those to show up? Using the Playback Toy to switch to Page 2 only gives me a new, vacant set of potential playbacks. The same action occurs when using the Playback > Select Page button. It is as if the software (which is current and up to date) thinks we have a ColorSource 20 instead of the 40AV.
What am I missing?
