Fixture Request for LED Par RGBWA-UV 9 Channel Protocol.

I have the Colorsource 40 AV

Generic Brand

Ch1      0-255     Dimmer

Ch2      0-255     Red

Ch3      0-255     Green

Ch4      0-255     Blue

Ch5      0-255     White

Ch6      0-255     Yellow

Ch7      0-255     Purple

Ch8      0-255     0-9 No effect

                           10-255 Strobe (slow-fast)

Ch9      0-255     0-7  No effect

                           8-127  15 kinds color

                           128-191 color jump change

                           192-255 color fade

    Could you please write a profile for an LED RGBWA-UV par fixture?  There doesn't seem to be one that controls the generic fixtures I purchased.  The channel information is listed below, as copied from the user manual.  Thank you for the time.

    Channel 1     0-255     Dimmer

    Channel 1     0-255     Green

    Channel 1     0-255     Blue

    Channel 1     0-255     White
