We have users all around the world, so it's likely that there will be someone who is in or near your time zone, or who speaks your language, that can help you.
We will have help from our Technical Support staff, as well. However, this is not a good place to find your primary support if you are unexpectedly in the dark. Please always call your lighting system support provider or ETC Technical Services in order to get immediate help. I have included the Tech Support phone numbers below for your reference.

You can set up this and other forums to email you when new messages are posted by clicking on the Forum Subscriptions link in the top right box of the Forums list.
Just click to select the forums you would like notifications from, and then check your own user profile to enable the system to email you. Click EDIT next to you user name at the top-right of this web page to access your profile. Scroll down to the email settings. Then select from the offered options to enable forum notifications.
