We've discovered an issue when taking show files saved in Cobalt software back to Congo v6.4.1 - effect playbacks are stored slightly differently in a v7.0.0 showfile and will not be displayed correctly in Congo v6.4.1. The show data is still in the show file, but some special handling is required to get them to appear correctly when moving back a version. If you have a need to do this and you are using effect playbacks, please contact ETC Technical service (and be prepared to email us your show file) and we'll do our best to get you a show file that works properly.
