ACN NET3 Show Gateway

Now, I want to synchronize with MIDI Timecode with the Cobalt Nomad Puck and Net3 Show Gateway.
However, it does not move.
MTC counter Show Gateway have read the MTC.
Is it required setting complex something?
There is no setting, such as ACN ID in Playsetting within.
Please give me advice.

Hi I was the Cobalt10 and Show gateway connection test. It does not work even if you enter the Midi Timecode to Show gateway. In Cobalt10 of local Midi port I worked. Cobalt Ver7.1.1 Show gateway 1.0.5.9 Why does not work, please advice me Thank you Shige

Hi Shige,

do you have ACN enabled (not just sACN) ?

Can you see the gateway in Cobalt App in network devices list?

Hi Corey, Thank you for reply. Interface ACN settings, I have to Enable. Do you have a set of ACN in addition to Interface setting? Shige

You have sACN + ACN BOTH enabled? As in Picture here:

Inside the Cobalt APP - in General Settings->Network->ACN Device List , do you see the Gateway as in this photo:
