Hi Sarah

I have a problem with Congo Sr. we update Congo to Cobalt 7.0.2. at the begining work fine but aftrer time we have a problem with shutdown.When i go to power off Congo go to shutdown and immediatly start again.

Hi Miha - could you update to Cobalt v7.1.0 and see if Problem continues?

Hi Corey- For the start we remove Cobalt 7.0.2 and go to restore system and load Congo 6.4.1 and the problem stay do you think could be problem with the ON/OFF switch at the back of console or maybe Windows problem THX Miha

Hi Miha, this could be a hardware problem with ON/OFF Switch or one of the deep System Systems has been altered. Its best for you to contact your local ETC Dealer for more assistance. Where is this console located? Thanks,

Hi Corey we find the problem the battery for Bios was empty temporary we change power configuratin in bios now work fine.thanks for your help thx miha
