Touch screen above fader shift key not working.

When inputting text on the Cobalt 20 (Latest software) the touchscreen keyboard that appears above faders 10 -20 has a "shift " key above fader 20. This key doesn't do anything nor does the flash button. Any Ideas?

Hi - Instead of saying "latest software" could you let us know the actual software version number, please? You can find this in the Browser under "About" in the "About Cobalt" dialog. Thanks much - Sarah

Hi - thanks for that! The Shift key should get you to the uppercase letters. Do the letters around that key work as expected?

The "space" key and "backspace" key do but the "more" key does not. The "shift key has no effect (either the touch screen or the flash/master keys).
