Is it possible bring in/import/insert an image of the facility reflected ceiling as a background when creating a channel layout rather than drawing it within Cobalt? I work with facilities that have a large percentage of volunteer users and the idea of "look at the room, look at the screen, touch the light" is very appealing for people who want to pick "the third light from the left, over there..."
