Congo to Cobalt

Question

Hi there 
 
 Do I have to update to Cobalt if I'm using Congo Jr only for dimmers and without touchscreen ? 
 What is better to use Cobalt without any rgb or moving fixture, but only for theater shows

Hi Dano,
The last version of software called Congo is 6.4. Cobalt starts at version 7, which is effectively Congo updated. ( Congo 7 = Cobalt) 
The only update path for Congo software is Cobalt. 
There are lots of fixes & improvements but realistically you don't need to update unless you want to.
