Old usb Congo Client dongle and Cobalt Mac

Hello

I have an old Client Congo Dongle, It works in Nomad 256 with windows but not with my mac, I have upgrade OS to 10.9 to be like you have specified.

The dongle driver SOFTWARE does not want to install it...

I have an USB Client Eos dongle too, it is the intermediate version this Eos dongle is smaller than Congo dongle.

He works in EOS nomad 256 MAC and Cobalt Nomad 256 MAC.

Hi Pilou - Old Congo Client, PC Congo and Cobalt Nomad dongles do not work on Mac. The PC Cobalt and Cobalt Nomad dongles may be exchanged for a new universal Nomad dongle free of charge. Old Client dongles will only work on PC and will not be swapped for free. This is a hardware issue. Thanks - Sarah

which dongle do you want to swap?

Do you mean the PC Congo or Cobalt Nomad?

As stated above the old Congo Client Dongles will not be swapped out.
