I try to star cobalt with external clock wise. Is it possible when you valid

the network time servie in the settings menu ?

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are trying to do.

The Network Time settings are to automatically synchronise the clocks, so that all your consoles show the same time top-right.
It has no other purpose.
