Hi all.
We finally bought an IPAD and the IRFR to work with our Congo Sr. with Cobalt. We also have the ARFR aplication on some Androids phones. My question is how can I disable 1 or more phones and leave only the IPAD to work???
We went to Browser>Remote Controls and remove the tick from the Enable column of the phones that we don't want to work with console. But if we disconnect the ARFR on the phone and reconnect again the tick from the Enable colomn appears again.
So, for instance, if the light operator remove my phone from that list :
I just have to disconnect my ARFR and connect again to do what ever I want before he goes again to disable my phone.
He has the option from the Setup Tab but there even he can´t work with the IPAD.
We don´t want to block always all the phones cause some times they are useful we just want the option to block some phones some times.
How can it possible that??
