Big Congo with Cobalt running slow

Hi all

My Congo is running really slow we have had it since it was released all those years back. Ive tried deleting old show and having the bear minimum on the desk but no joy the Egg timer still pops up and carnt do anything for about 15-20 sec.

My question is can I wipe the whole desk and re-install it to factory settings. I know about lifting the desk lid and having the back up CD underneath but am scared to do it

Hi Carl,

your best bet is to contact your local ETC Dealer and have them do maintenance on the console. If there hasn''t been

any maintenance done on the console, it will do it good to get checked out - just like with your car.
