You install it in exactly the same way you updated the console to 6.4.1. There is no difference at all!
Download the ZIP
Copy the EXE file onto a USB stick.
Insert the USB stick into the console
Exit to System Settings
Update Tab
Select the installer from the drop-down list
Click Update
