Congo SR - Broken Ethernet port

Hi Friends,

I have a congo SR that at some point in the past suffered a damaged ethercon jack for the lan port.  I'm wondering if it's possible via software or hardware to reconfigure the "APN" port to serve as the ethernet port?  Or if this is a part I can order and replace myself?

    Good Evening Hydrogen,

    Sorry - but its not possible to re-assign the APN Port to be a Network Port.

    You can contact a dealer and purchase the spare part and replace. If you are into soldering, you can order just the port and solder it yourself:

    Part Number: J6865-F --- Connector 8P RJ45 PCB XLR Housing

    Or you can order the small PCB its on and screw that one into place:

    Part Number: 7310B5610 --- Congo Ethernet Connection Assembly

    Both parts are available in our warehouses to order.
