Congo running cobalt device

I have just got a congo running cobalt 7.1

I am wondering on a couple of things.

I have a show this week and i am being provided with Philips Showline eStrip 10 to use. These do not appear in the fixture libraries. How do i get the fixture personality and also get it into the desk so i can patch.?

Is it just a matter of updating the fixture library? how does one do this?

Just never had to do this before but loving the desk and software

There is a fixture template for the eStrip 10 in version 7.2. I don't know for sure about 7.1. Did you check in the extended library?
You can upgrade to 7.2 from the link here.

You could download the offline version and create a play file with the fixture template and then transfer it to the Congo on a USB drive.

Hi John and many thanks for this information.
Looks like i am spending today updating the software to 7.2
7.1 doesn't have it in the extended library.

I shall now start the process of updating.
