Connecting Congo or Cobalt offline and wyg R32 on the same laptop running windows 10

Hi, I failed trying to connect cobalt and/or Congo pc with wyg R32 on the same laptop ( win10 ), could you please help me with a step by step process ? Best regards Lolauris

If you are running on the same computer, you may need to install a Loopback Adapter to direct network communications back to the same computer without a switch. Microsoft provides instructions for how to do that here: technet.microsoft.com/.../cc708322(v=ws.10).aspx
