Recommended PC for Nomad dongle and Cobalt Programming wing

Hello, I'm looking at buying an all in one pc or a mini pc to work with my Nomad dongle and programming wing. The spec for the Nomad usb key recommends a hardware-accelerated OpenGL video card, is that fairly standard on PC's these days? Should the PC have a dedicated graphics card? Any recommendations would be appreciated.  Many thanks

  • Hello, you can search around the Puck model. It's an Intel PC.

Why not choose a Puck ? that is the safety choice.
  • You probably got something already.... But i picked up an Asus all in one and touch screen to use with my programming wing. Aim for min. 8gig ram, and a fast processed. No less that i5 2.5gh. A seperate vid card not necessary.... But do try and get as many USB and additional monitor outputs. U won't regret it.
  • Thanks for the advice. I've gone for a Lenovo all in one with an i7 processor and 8 gig of ram. Just waiting on delivery now.
  • Sweet. Get a second monitor to fully appreciate the nomad experience. Doesnt have to be a touch if ur cue lists sit there. But nice if it is.
