How control a channel in OSC with Cobalt ?

I have read all of informations around OSC in Cobalt Manual, there is nothing to how select channel. There are a lot of information about playback and masters.

Maybe it's the current OSC limitation.

I need to make an OSC remote, and I'm looking for select channels functions, level functions...
