A quick one, sky panel tv effect

I have a sky panel and a congo running cobalt. I need an effect of a tv from the sky panel onto the faces of the actors. Is this an effect that is preloaded or do I have to create?

Anyone done this and has a solution

  • The classic one is to layer two or three Dynamic Effect Playbacks.

    One Mark On/Mark Off or Rnd, one Sparkle or Flicker and a final color change effect (Color Bump, Harlequin etc)

    The underlying Intensity of the fixture needs to be much higher than half the intensity of the Intensity Dynamic Effect Playbacks to ensure they never go fully off.
