Output problem with sACN

Question

Hello, 
 I work in a theater using a Congo Kid with latest Cobalt software release and a Cobalt 10. 
 On the both desks, we have a similar issue when we trying to send an ouput directly. 
 If the patch is 1:0, it's impossible to send an output, we need to patch at least one channel on the same universe to send an output directly. 
 Is it a sACN issue or Cobalt software limitation?

I believe it is a sACN issue. The multicast info from the sACN universe is not turned on if there isn't anything patched. The whole purpose of sACN is to limit network traffic to what is needed.

In the next software version, we are forcing the universe to be sent when you have selected an output even if the universe is unpatched.
