system freeze, chase effect

Does anyone have experienced system freeze or misbehavior while working on chase effect? It happens, when I edit chase steps content, white the chase runs live. Hardware direct selects don´t work at all, software direct selects are misguided. I must restart the desk to make it work properly.

Hi Tomas,

It might be a button that gets virtually stuck. If this happens again, please press the ESC button a few times to see if this makes any difference.
If it doesn't help, you can always call ETC technical support (recommended for all serious or urgent problems).
