You will need to update your console to the latest version of console software, currently 7.3.1.

This fixture is in fixture library 13.5.2.

Both the console software and fixture library update can be downloaded from the Cobalt product pages under "Software", eg:

Congo Console can not be upgraded to version 7.3.1. because it will stop working. it is obsolete.

Congo Console can be upgraded to Cobalt v7.3.1.

Cobalt software is compatible with Congo family products.

 

Who said it can't?

All Congo and Cobalt consoles of all ages can be updated to Cobalt 7.3.1, and it is strongly recommended to do so.

Some features (eg multitouch, dual network cards) are not available on older consoles, and there are some recommendations for specific platforms.

For example, on the Congo Console hardware platform the screen resolution should be exactly 1280x1024 for best performance. Higher resolutions are not supported, while some of the newer dialogs, docks and tabs may not fit on lower resolutions.

The Cobalt 7.3.1 installer download contains a PDF "Important Information for users of Congo Family hardware" with all these details.

There is no template for the instrument cluster version 13.5.2 for the Clay Paky K-EYE HCR K20 and Clay Paky K-EYE HCR K10, Clay Paky K-EYE SCR K20, Clay Paky K-EYE SCR K10. These are new devices. could you add their library.

What do you mean by SCR K10/K20? What is SCR? Do you have a Manual for this?
