1.a) If you are still on Congo Software, please download the latest Congo v6.4.1 Software from our Website:

1.b.) Download the Congo v6.4.1 Release Notes and follow the instructions to update any firmwares and the Software:

1.c.) Install the Congo v6.4.1 if you are below this Version. If you already have Cobalt Software on your console, please skip to Step 2.

2.) If you have a Cobalt 10 and Cobalt 20, and have Cobalt Software v7.0.x or v7.1.x you need to install v7.2 first, and then install

all the relevant Firmwares onto the Hardware, and then download and install v7.3.1 and install that and install all relevant Softwares on your

3.) If you have a Congo Jr or Congo Kid with Windows7 Hardware (2x RJ45 Network Ports on the Back. (Not the RJ11 PHONE Port!), then you

can download the Cobalt v8 and update directly from Congo v6.4.1 to Cobalt v8 with no Issues. All this is explained in the Cobalt v8 Release Notes:
