Several Crashes issues

Hi everyone !

I've got a serious problem importing files in ASCII from the software WhiteCat of a technician that I'm welcoming next week..!

As soon as I'm importing his files, my Congo Jr running Cobalt V8 crash and relaunch.

Is it even possible to import *.ASCII playback files on my CongoJr ???

I'm waiting for your answer as quickly as possible

Please attach the crash log files. Use the "Files/Copy log files to USB" command in the Browser.

Attached is a CSF and ASC that should load in Cobalt 8.0.1 community.etcconnect.com/.../KANT_5F00_adj_5F00_csf.zip

Can you also attach the ASCII file you are importing? There might be something wrong with the file or how WhiteCat is exporting it. I might be able to fix it for you.

In fact, I can't attach any ascii file. Not only that one in particular..

Not even one ascii file ever worked on my CongoJr ndlr. I had already this problem but the playback was short enough to rewrite all

I have looked at the ASCII file. There is a problem with Cobalt v8.0.x and some ASCII files. This is fixed in v8.1 that we are just finalizing. It will be released in about one week. Do you have show files that you need to get working before that?

The Kant file that I gave you will play in 3 days..

It will be too soon for your update V8.1

Nevermind I'm rewriting all.. and patiently waiting for v8.1 !
