update library

Hello,

I can't use cobalt V8.2 on my nomad puck because I have some crashes.

I am back to 7.3

Can I still update the library to 15.4.6 ?

I downloaded the library patch on usb disk and unziped it but I don't know how to install it on the puck.

PS: it doesn't show in the update setup
