Reset congo junior

Hi There

I have a congo JR V7.3.0 and i d like do a full reset or a deep clear.

I hope it will be faster.

How to reset my congo ? And is it useful ?

Hi JBNeau,

There is a button labeled "Deep Clear" in System Settings on the Utilities tab, but it only removes the active and temporary startup show file. If you are experiencing issues, I would recommend getting in touch with your local ETC Technical Services for more in depth troubleshooting.

Also, I would recommend updating to 7.3.1 from 7.3.0 as there were some critical bugs fixed in that version.
