Dynamics 6.3

Sorry, we didn't think anybody was still using that original function of Load, as the Dyn Effects are an older and less easy way of running effects than the Effect Playbacks.

[Load] has been repurposed in 6.3 to open the new Organiser tab - this tab allows you to rearrange and copy show file data.

You can still access the Congo v4 Dyn Effects using the [Dyn Effect] key (above [Effect]) - type the number of the dynamic and press Dyn Effect to apply it as you did before.

I would also recommend that you take a look at the Effects Playbacks introduced in Congo v5 as they are much nicer to use than the legacy Dyn Effects in most situations.
