Congo JNR

Hello,

            last night the fuse popped in the back of my Congo Jnr. it was changed an all was fine.

Today i came in and it keeps freezing . Things saved the previous night onto faders are fine but but it wont allow me to save cues or new groups.

any idea?

  • What fuse popped? Who and how did they change it? 

    How is your Congo Jr freezing? Are you getting error windows

    popping up? Is the hour glass symbol at the top of the display

    turning?

    Hello,

    No error messages are coming up and the hour glass symbol isnt doing anything.

    When you go to save cues or groups it freezes completey then doesnt do anything.

    I have spoken to the tech who checked on it yesterday and apparenlty it was the fuse in the IEC cable.

    When it freezes, does the clock on the display continue working? 

    What happens when you press ESC several times? 

    I think the best bet is to call Tech Serv as Florian pointed above.
