ab v6.3 mussten wir Konsolen Sperren auf ESC+C/ALT ändern - damit es in jeder Bildschirm-Ansicht funktioniert.

Die Änderung findet man in der v6.3 Handbuch. Sorry für die Schwierigkeiten.

Translation: "In v6.3, I cannot lock the console anymore?" - Answer: This was changed to ESC+C/ALT to accomodate all possible

Cool , dann bitte aktualliesert auch eure Hilfe ( mit der es schon häufiger Probleme gibt ) , wenn eine Neue Version raus ist , man sucht sich sonst den Wolf .

Sorry Corey, hatte aber heute leider nichts gefunden in News 6,3, vielleicht habe ich auch es nicht richtig gefunden.

Selbst mit der eigentlichen , schöne Funktion(Help search Funktion) seid V6.3 Hilfe Fenster öffnen , dann Text oder Note drücken( bin nicht sicher) Texteingabe Konsole sperren, , kam der Verweis auf 6.0, ESC&MOFIFY

I haven't been able to access the movie through the Dropbox link. It dosn't start for some reason. 

Which help language are you running with? If it is anything else than English, you are likely to see the same problem.

i sent you already a bugreport one month ago about this issue (german help version) .

btw, it would be nice if the frontpage of the congo online help mentions this new text search.

and point 6. is 'Lock Console in V6', where 6. references to 3.

And opening link at 3. point I get page with following content:"

You can to lock the console by holding ESC and pressing MODIFY. Same command will unlock again.
[ESC] & [MODIFY]"

I am currently on sick leave so I cann't check it on a Congo console.

Help System (V6.1 - 2011-05-14)

 Hi Andrzej -

What language is your help system? In English the help system is up to date for version 6.3. You are reading help text that was up to date as of 6.1 - the change to the lock command happened after 6.1 was released.

It is likely that you are using an older translation, thus the confusion.

The correct command for version 6.3 is ESC & C/ALT.

I just double checked which version of the Help system that gets installed with v6.3.x and it is the updated help content for v6.3.

If your installation shows the version for v6.1, something is wrong. Have you set the help language to English in Congo Settings?

Yes, I have chosen Englishas preferred language and preferred help language. Only locale I have Polish. And when I open help in browser tree the very first branch is 'CONGO ONLINE HELP - V6.3'.After opening it, the second branch is '****This Software Version: 6.3***', but contents of this tab is:

*** This Software Version ***

This is odd. The same link on my machine leads to the 6.3 info. I wonder if the cached information for the Browser is out of date in some way.

Can you locate the file called ContentsCacheUnicode.xml in C:\Program Files\ETC\Congo\OHD and delete it? This will force the browser information to be rebuilt.

Please let me know if this helps.

Is it possible that I have some files of earlier installation not updated correctly?.

Where exactly is help file located? I see only a database in OHD directory and two xml files, I think, describing it.

upss, it has changed a content of help - now the first chest is congo online help v6 and the second after opening it is this software version (without number) and content is the same as earlier.

content of table TEXT in master.mdb indicates that it is database of v6.3 help. Strange.

ok, problem was with my system settings. I had to reinstall windows :( . Now all is ok.
