Cue's

Hi All

I have just started using the Congo Jr "in anger".

Is it possible to add a preset to a preset?

That is to say you have your red wash on preset 1 and your blue wash on preset 2. You have preset 1 live onstage and then add preset 2 to it without losing preset 1?

Also, If this is possible can you minus a preset from this.ie can you take out preset 2 in the above scenario?

Many thanx

  • Hi there -

There are a couple of ways to do this - the easiest is to put those presets onto master playback faders (# PRESET & Master Key) and then run those faders up and down.

The other way is to have your red wash live, then use # PRESET & Level Wheel to fade in the second preset along with the first one. You can use the same syntax to roll a preset out of live. If you have complex levels you can use # PRESET & @ LEVEL to snap those recorded levels into live.

    I hope this helps -
