Zero Sequence on start up crash

I shut down congo with no sequence loaded in the main playback. On start up using the right click context menu to load a sequence is causing me  an immediate and repeatable crash.

Anyone else seeing this?

    (Found it by accident really)

    Had shut down the other day with no sequence loaded and started it up today and wanted to put sequence 1 back on playback. went for the context menu option and it hour-glassed for a few seconds then got the crash popup.

    restarted to try it again and it crashed straight away- tried it twice

    Also loaded seq 1 from the browser ( that was fine) - then did [0] [SEQ]&[PLAYBACK] and tried the context menu change to seq 1 which gave the same crash
