Out of Memory warning

Hi. We have a Congo Junior running 6.3.1. Recently when I was using it to record presets for a theatre show. No effects and just the Playback and Live screen open I pressed the ? button to query something within help.

The desk paused and thought then popped up a dialogue box saying that it was out of memory. No buttons or mouse clicks provoked a response so ended up powering down. It had generated a recovery file, which it may have mentioned whe the out of memory warning popped up.

Is this a known problem? Can I add memory be it physical or software settings to assist with this?

Hi Gareth,

I am sorry to hear about your recent issue with the console. At this point, we do not know what causes this error but we are investigating further. Would you mind saving and sending the log files and show file to congo <at> etcconnect <dot> com for us to analyze?
